Balpa Construction, which has built 20 thousand houses for 100 thousands of people, carried out several projects such as universities in Turkey and abroad, hospitals, industrial estates, housing estates, organized industrial site, free zone, hydropower plants, indoor workout facility, stadium and factory so far, will conduct Isparta Houses project. Balpa Construction is going to build 904 apartments with 13 blocks in the second part of the first phase of Isparta Towers, on behalf of Emlak Konut. Building 1 + 1, 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 4 + 1 apartments, Balpa Construction will also build 32-classroom- school, parking garage, and social facilities.
In commenting on the subject, MB Holding Chairman of the Board Muharrem Balat said "We are so happy to undertake Isparta Towers Project, which we have been following for a long time. In recent years, we have carried out great projects in the construction of housing estates. As MB Holding, we aim at building a prestigious project in Bahçeşehir, which is one of the most beautiful areas in İstanbul. The project we are working on is a complicated project with three functions; houses, school and social facilities."
Stating that the project would also be a high quality wellness center, Balat said "Our greatest reference is the trust we have gained from contracting authorities and our customers. We will also move forward without compromising our principles in this project, and not only we will build houses but also we will turn this project into a social wellness center. The project of Emlak Konut Isparta Towers including13 blocks is going to attract the attention because of its environmental planning and landscaping, too. Living in the houses with modern style will be comfortable and safe."
THE PROJECT WLL COST 240 MILLION TURKISH LIRA
Emphasizing that the construction of housing estate would begin soon, Balat continued as follows: "The project we will start soon costs 240 million Turkish Liras, and it will be completed within approximately 900 days. Our project, located on an area of 226 thousand square meters, will be built with earthquake-resistant tunnel formwork system and conventional formwork system, and it will help the real estate market on the European side ease, and several people have their own houses."
